The Empty Mountain is So Desolate 공산이 적막한데
That cuckoo mournfully sings
the empty mountain’s desolation
The rise and fall of the Kingdom of Shu
wasn’t yesterday or today but
Still he’s fitfully sobbing and
breaking strangers’ hearts

촉국 흥망이 어제 오늘 아니거늘
지금껏 피나게 울어 남이 애를 끊나니
